Music Together® classes are based on the recognition that all children are musical. All children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat and participate in the music of our culture, provided their early environment supports such learning.

Music Together introduces children to the pleasures of making music instead of passively receiving it from CD’s or TV.

Music Together classes are fun, relaxed and non-performance oriented, so children and their grown-ups can feel comfortable exploring their inner musician and dancer.

We believe that children learn best from their parents and caregivers. Therefore, classes are family-oriented and designed to appeal to children and grown-ups alike.

Music Together is:

  • kids and grown-ups sharing songs, chants, rhythmic rhymes, instrument play, dancing, movement and fingerplays in a non-performance community setting.
  • music learned through carefully researched, developmentally appropriate activities that support, respect and honour the unique learning styles of children from birth through five.
